EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express UK delivery is £5.49 and takes between 1-2 working days. Orders need to be placed 1pm (GMT) the previous working day.

EU DELIVERY:

STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard EU delivery is from £6.95 and takes around 3-7 working days to be delivered. 

Standard EU delivery is free for orders over £100.00

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Express EU delivery is from £15 and takes around 2-3 working days. Orders need to be placed 1pm (GMT) the previous working day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Please make sure that you submit your full address in English.

Europe - pricing starts at £7.00 

USA, Canada & South America -  pricing starts at £12.00 

Australia & New Zealand & ROTW -  pricing starts at £12.00 

All our tracking and signature services aim to deliver to Europe within 2-7 working days and worldwide within 5-21 working days.

International EXPRESS services will take between 2-7 days depending on geographical location.

Delivery Times (International:)

Standard delivery within EUROPE takes 3 to 14 business days

Standard INTERNATIONAL delivery outside Europe will take 7 to 21 working days. Tracking numbers will not always be automatically generated so please do email to retrieve your tracking number if you have not received it.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES:

Our international deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to give instructions such as 'leave with neighbour' .' After any unsuccessful delivery they will leave a card advising of the consignment number, time of attempted delivery and a contact number for the nearest courier depot.

They will then hold the goods at this depot for five working days to allow you to collect the order. Should there be no attempt by you to collect the order, it will be returned to the Georgio Peviani Websales centre. If Customer Services then receive no contact from you regarding this order within a further five days, the payment will be refunded minus any delivery charge and the return delivery charge.

DESTINATIONS:

We regret that we are unable to send to P.O. Box addresses and certain countries.

When entering your shipping address, if your country does not appear in the pull down selection menu, this means we do not currently ship to your region.
