HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
From receipt of your parcel you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. All products must have original tags still attached, be unworn and unmarked or the items may be subject to return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please note due to the current situation regarding COVID-19 to protect all members of staff as best as possible no returns will be handled for 72 hours after arrival in following current guidelines. Apologies for any inconvenience the delays may cause but safety must be top priority. After this, when the parcel arrives at our warehouse you will receive acknowledgment that the return is being processed within 3-5 working days of receipt. Should you not hear from us in this timeframe please contact our customer care email and the team will chase the matter and update you accordingly. Please ensure you retain proof of postage return for future reference and include this in any correspondence along with full name and order number when making contact. Please note we can only process your returns once your products have returned to site. Failure to provide proof will stop us from processing the return in the event of lost items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
